What we collect
This website collects only what you send us. If you submit the inspection request form, we receive the name, company, vessel, location, email address, telephone number, service selection and message you enter. We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not build profiles.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry and, if it becomes an engagement, to carry out the work. The lawful basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How long
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within twenty-four months. Records connected to an engagement are retained as long as required by applicable commercial and tax law.
Who else sees it
Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Form submissions are delivered by an email service provider. Both act as processors on our instruction. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no font provider receives your IP address.
Your rights
Where GDPR applies you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and you may complain to a supervisory authority. Write to info@yking.eu.
